If you put out an album, and it goes unnoticed, it’s time to collaborate with a star who is highly recognized.  Jon McLaughlin has teamed up with Sara Barellies for a re-release of Summer Is Over - which will be included on his new album due out in May of this year.  One of my favorite tracks from Forever If Ever, Summer Is Over is now 10 times more emotional with Sara’s added vocals.  Cannot wait to see the video for this one…. to beautiful, piano singer-songwriters!  Here’s to hoping it is successful as a winter single!

Poor Kelly - her fans are definitely hungry.  It’s officially leaked!  Mr. Know It All will be making its debut via the web Tuesday (but not available on iTunes until September 15th!).  It’s Kelly Clarkson’s first single off her fifth studio album, Stronger.  I am digging the jam (again another song about her broken heart, an asshole boyfriend…) and it’s not as dance-driven like most songs these days.  It’s a good blend.  What do you think of the new single?

Snow Patrol is finally back with a new single!  Called Out In the Dark has touches of disco and groove, mixed in with their laidback guitar riffs and smooth vocals.  It’s a refreshing sound to all of the dance & drinking songs on the radio right now.  Glad to have these guys back.  What do you think of the new single?

Christina Aguilera belts it out on this recently leaked Spanish track, La Casa.  It is rumored that this track was recorded for the movie Casa De Mi Padre.  At any rate, I’m happy to hear Christina is recording new material.
