Amy Winehouse looks happy and healthy in the video premiere for her duet with Tony Bennett. Today would have been the Rehab singer’s 28th birthday. She will be forever missed.

We lost yet another incredible artist & musician over the weekend. In honor of the great Amy Winehouse, I dedicate today’s song of the day to her. You will be missed. You opened the pathway for so many other artists in your genre (Jessie J, Adele, Lily Allen…). Thank you for gifting us with one of the best albums of the past decade. RIP Amy.

Yesterday was quite a sad day for the Boy Band music world. Former member of boy trio LFO lost his 5 year battle to Leukemia. The Summer Girls (aka the Abercrombie & Fitch song) singer will be truly missed by many of his colleagues, friends and family. He started the Rich Cronin Hope Foundation to raise awareness about the disease and educate the public about donating blood and bone marrow. He was only 35 years young.

Today marks the 9th year since R&B artist Aaliyah was laid to rest. The Princess of R&B sold more than 32 million albums worldwide and is known for redefining the ideals of R&B and Hip Hop. She is missed and remembered by her many fans and loving family.
